The Resort will hold rooms at the group rate until May 2nd. After this date, conference attendees can still get the group rate, but the Resort cannot guarantee that rooms will be available.

To stay outside the dates of the conference (6/2 - 6/4) please call by phone to make a reservation at the conference rate. Note that suites and cabins are not available at the conference rate.
