The West Virginia Association of Geospatial Professionals (WVAGP) is pleased to announce the 2008 West Virginia GIS Conference, to be held June 9-12. The conference is designed for promoting and sharing geographic information and mapping technologies in the Mountain State. This is the first geospatial conference sponsored by WVAGP, and will include agency reports, presentations, seminars, workshops, and notable speakers.
The conference agenda includes the WVAGP annual meeting (Monday, June 9), agency roll call reports of geospatial activities (Tuesday, June 10), and paper / poster presentations, seminars, and workshops (Wednesday-Thursday, June 11-12).
The 2006 WV GIS Conference and Workshops in Morgantown had 197 registrants. Be sure to make plans to come to join us for the 2008 conference!
